1. Air Time Rental
   - The Rate is 50,000 Bahts per hour, Buy 1 get 1 free during rerun
   Special : 30% discount at a purchase of minimum 4 hours airtime rental a month for at least 3 conseutive months (Valid within 1999) : VATs not included
   
   
2. Time Sharing for New Program
   - TGN offers free airtime to program owner.
   - Owners pays for the production costs of the program, which is pre-approved and agree by TGN
   - Benefit gained from advertising income is shared between program owner and TGN with the ratio of 70:30 net after taxes.
   - The advertising rate will be set upon both side agreement.
   
   
3. Revenue Sharing For Program Previously Broadcasted
   - TGN offers free airtime to a program already aired.
   - Benefit gained from advertising income is shared between program owner and TGN by the ratio of 40:60 net after all taxes.
   - The advertising rate will be set upon both sides agreement.
